About
If you're here, you might feel overwhelmed, worried about your child, or unsure how to support them through big emotions, behaviors, or hard experiences. Parenting can feel heavy—especially when your child is struggling. You're not alone.
I work with children, including infants, teens, and their caregivers, offering a safe space to navigate trauma, attachment disruptions, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. Using non-directive play therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, I help children process their experiences in ways that fit their development—while also supporting caregivers with insight, tools, and compassion.
I am also passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive children and families, and I work actively to make therapy safe, affirming, and accessible for people across identities. I believe in therapy that honors your child’s uniqueness and your wisdom as a caregiver.
I want your child to feel seen, delighted in, and safe—and for you to feel supported, empowered, and hopeful.
I offer in-person sessions in the Salt Lake Valley and am currently accepting new clients. Reach out—I’d be honored to support your family.
