About
The first step of therapy can be difficult to take, reaching out for guidance, uncertainty, and the experience of meeting a new person. I am here to work collaboratively with you to best meet your needs and achieve goals for what brings you in to therapy. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for people to explore and share what is going on in their life in order to create space for growth and change to occur. I have worked with a wide variety of diagnoses and integrate a myriad of psychological and behavioral approaches throughout sessions to best meet my client's needs for where they are in their life's journey.
I have been working in the field of psychology since 2014. In 2018, I chose to go back to school to earn my doctoral degree to hone in on my skills and better meet people's needs on a one on one basis. Additionally, I have worked with Veterans and their families, all the way up to older adults entering into assisted living programs or even end of life care.
More recently I have worked with adolescents and young adults with ADHD or life transitions, seeking executive function coaching and other treatments for mental health care. Therefore, I greatly look forward to connecting with you and discussing your potential goals for treatment.
