I know what itâs like to be going through some challenging times in life that left me feeling out of control, anxious, and depressed. Your friends and family are trying to support you, but you feel like they donât quite understand you.
Therapy can be liberating and itâs much easier to go through that journey with someone who you can vent to, unfiltered. Iâd be honored to help support you, without judgement, and to help you find ways to manage the most difficult time of your life.
