About
I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist associate in Washington state specializing in serving individuals, families and couples seeking therapeutic support to heal from symptoms of trauma, navigating relational issues, experiencing anxiety and depression, and experiencing life transitions. I work with clients to understand, process and cope with their concerns in order to move forward in their lives with the strength, resilience and tools to see the lasting change they are seeking.
I lean on several evidenced based approaches in order to best meet the needs of each individual client. These approaches often include various trauma informed, emotion focused and family systems modalities, as well as CBT, TF-CBT, ACT and DBT. I am in process of completing the level 1 Gottman training.
Taking the step to seek support in therapy is a courageous one, and I look forward to supporting you in an empathetic, authentic and non judgmental space.
