About
Hi, I’m Kennedy Howard— and I specialize in supporting adults with disabilities.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I work with teens and adults (14+) to navigate life’s challenges—from anxiety, ADHD, and stress, to grief, identity, and self-esteem. But my deepest passion is working with individuals with disabilities, helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered to live fully and authentically.
As someone who grew up with a physical disability, I understand the unique challenges that can come with navigating a world that’s not always designed for you. That lived experience shapes how I show up as a therapist—with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each client’s story. Therapy can be space to rediscover your voice and your strength.
In our sessions, we’ll build a partnership grounded in trust. You’ll set the pace, and I’ll be here to support your goals—whether that means managing emotions, building confidence, or working through transitions. You are more than your diagnosis. You deserve a therapist who truly gets it. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
