I work with older teens, adults, and couples/families. My clients present with many different challenges and my goal is to combine treatment techniques based upon a client's goals, personality, history, and needs. This isn't a one-shop-fits-all shop, but a practice where I honor individual styles and needs. The bottom line is...let's find what works!
If you are struggling, or seeking a better understanding of yourself, I truly hope you will reach out. This thing we call "Life" can be a LOT. Going it alone can seem overwhelming. I am here, if you want a partner on this journey.
