About
I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety, using exposure and response prevention (ERP) as the core method to address compulsions and intrusive thoughts. While structured, evidence-based protocols are essential, truly effective treatment also requires attunement to the emotional complexity of OCD and frequently co-occurring challenges like anxiety and depression. These concerns are best addressed within a trusting, collaborative relationship that honors both structure and human connection. I work with all subtypes of OCD, including “Pure O,†tailoring treatment with care and flexibility to each person’s unique experience.
My approach is grounded in years of clinical and research experience addressing broad underlying mental health risk factors—shame, perfectionism, self-criticism, and trauma. I draw from parts work and IFS-informed strategies to support greater self-understanding, and I aim to offer a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and grounded in compassion.
