About
I'm passionate about working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mania, and perinatal mental health concerns. Engaging in therapy can be particularly meaningful when experiencing interpersonal conflicts and going through major life events: such as the onset of a mood disorder, preparing for life after high school and college, moving to a new community, feeling at an impasse in addressing conflict with a partner, adjusting to early parenthood, or coping with pregnancy loss.
I draw from motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral practices. Therapy is a collaborative process. Treatment will be tailored for your particular goals. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. This Fall, I started a fellowship in Couple Therapy at the Psychodynamic Couple and Family Institute of NE.
I invite you to my office to develop a deeper understanding of the factors that are most impacting your wellness. In exploring your pain points, we will find avenues where movement can be made. I'm here to help you through. Call or email me so we can begin.
