I have worked heavily in the trauma field as well as severe mental illnesses. I have experience in a range of many different disorders and traumas using different therapeutic techniques that would work best for each individual client. I am most informed in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused modalities, and motivational interviewing. I have the most experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, but I have worked with adults as well. I love to empower, advocate, and help each individual learn about themselves and become the best version of themself through therapy and healing.
I am a limited licensed Master Social Worker. I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Asbury University in 2020 and went on to get my Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2021.
