About
I use the training and expertise from my clinical work to provide you with tools that are proven to make a difference. My goal is to bring you evidence based, soulful guidance to help move you forward. Meet with me in person in our comfortable Upper Arlington location or schedule a telehealth session during your child’s nap time, on your lunch break, or between classes without stressing about finding childcare or fitting in a session + drive time on top of work deadlines or class assignments. Grab your laptop or curl up on our couch and connect with me in a way that’s convenient and comfortable for you.
I received a Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2017. In 2014, I began working with individual clients and small groups as a social work trainee. Since completing my degree and becoming a licensed social worker (LSW), I’ve continued to work with adolescents and adults.
If you’re facing a major life transition like moving into the workforce, getting married, welcoming a new baby, making a big move, and want some help navigating the change with grace. If you feel stuck or want to improve your relationships. If you feel uninspired, fatigued, worn down or overwhelmed. Whatever your needs, I’m here to support you.
