My belief is that most people, if not everyone, can benefit from mental health services during at least one point in their lives. Life can be very challenging, but people are strong and, inherently, survivors. However, sometimes the ways we adapt and survive become unhelpful in our everyday lives, and we need a safe, neutral, knowledgeable, and unconditional person to help us walk through recovery to healing. My goal is to help my client(s) explore and process emotions and concerns while I create a supportive, therapeutic, and helpful environment. I am highly trained and experienced in counseling individuals and families who have experienced distressing events and/or traumas, but I am also effective with those who are adjusting to life's major transitions.
