I am currently accepting new daytime clients for telehealth in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. I use an integrative approach to support, educate, and motivate clients on their journey of personal growth and development to meet each individual’s goals in a non-judgmental way. I believe that every person has the abilities and strengths to improve their lives and increase overall well-being. I strive to support clients in their development and integration of these skills into their daily lives and achieve their best self. I enjoy working with clients with anxiety and experiencing transitions or interpersonal issues Through individual sessions I help clients recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors and empower clients to increase healthy interpersonal relationships such as assertive behaviors and communication skills. I help clients learn ways to focus in the present moment and the things within their control to cope with anxiety and depression. I look forward to talking with you to identify ways I can help improve your life and ability to cope with stressors in a healthier way.
