I am offering telehealth services only to residents in the great state of Delaware. PPCWS's priority is ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship is built and maintained. My target clientele is young adults and adults who are experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, and more. You know yourself best, and I want you to share where you are. My approach is to focus on the therapeutic relationship first to ensure that the client feels safe and secure in the sessions. Every person is different and requires different approaches. My approach involves exploring triggers, warning signs, self-expression, challenging negative thoughts, and identifying effective realistic coping skills.
