Feeling stuck in your head after hours of scrolling? Social media has a way of pulling you in and making you feel like you’re not doing enough, not good enough, or somehow behind. All that comparison and pressure can leave you anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself and from the people around you. I take a modern, down‑to‑earth approach to therapy, showing up as my authentic, genuine self.
I primarily work with teens and young adults (ages 12–25) who are navigating the pressures of today’s social world—from constant comparison on TikTok and Instagram to challenges with family dynamics, friendships, identity, confidence, and relationships.
Our sessions are personalized to fit what you need—whether that’s practical tools, space to vent, guidance, or support making sense of what you’re going through. My style is warm and relatable, helping younger clients feel comfortable and understood.
