I am particularly interested in working with clients who are hoping to overcome perfectionism, self-doubt, and uncertainty in order to live the lives they dream for themselves. These challenges often show up as frequent worry, difficulty making decisions, persistent self-criticism, and taking on excessive responsibility for others. I also find fulfillment in supporting those who are navigating life transitions, whether this be a new career or becoming a parent, or a less expected transition such as grief or divorce. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with those who are recovering from traumatic experiences.
I find that providing a therapeutic relationship built on warmth and trust is the most important component of therapy. I draw from a few therapeutic techniques to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I aim to help you identify your core values and goals and to support you in aligning your actions with who you are through mindfulness & self-compassion.
