I am a psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health field since 2010 and am a National Certified Counselor NCC and a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC . I work with individual ages 18+ and have experience and specialty training in working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and eating disorders. I have experience working in all levels of care including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and individual outpatient therapy including in a school setting. I have taken coursework through the Eating Disorder Certificate Program at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, completed my Master s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Walden University out of Minnesota. Obtained my bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in psychology. In my free time, I am often outdoors exploring a new hiking trail, camping, spending time with my dogs or reading.
