It was a little over 10 years ago, during a panic attack, hyperventilating & in tears, that I cried out to God for help. I had no idea I had been living the wrecked life of a once traumatized little girl. As I worked with a therapist, God set me on a mission to help others who may be struggling with crippling anxiety, depression, & relationships.
