About
Beginning counseling takes courage, so I strive to meet my clients where they are by taking a holistic, trauma-informed approach, respecting you as the expert of your journey. I find value in collaboratively exploring the different parts of one’s experience and identifying the connection this may have to the past. To do this, I take a client-focused approach, using therapeutic approaches such as Person-centered, Adlerian, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and more. I aim to provide a safe space where you can be authentically you, feel heard, respected, and accepted, all while I walk alongside you in your path to healing.
My areas of interest include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, boundaries, LGBTQIA+ populations, relationships, life transitions, self-exploration/growth, and more! I work with adults, teens, relationships, children, and families. My path to helping others began from both experiencing my own hardships and seeing the effects of hardship on others.
Since then, I’ve found meaning through making purposeful connections, self-growth, continuous learning, and holding space for others to feel seen. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, my dog, and embracing my creativity. I love the outdoors, coffee, and listening to music. If my approach to counseling seems like a good fit for you, please reach out!
