My goal is for my clients to feel safe, heard, and accepted. It takes courage to heal, and whether you choose to step out in bravery within the safe space of my comfortable office, or within the confines of your own home, I want to walk alongside you every step of the way. My approach is client-centered, integrative, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual as they move toward their optimum level of functioning. I love working with couples, families, adolescents, teens, adults, and the elderly. I am EMDR trained and have professional experience in the legal industry, with couples and families, as a court mediator. I also have a background in theology and world religion for those looking to incorporate faith/spirituality into therapy.
