About
In our busy lives we often don't have the opportunity or permission to express our deepest fears, the paralyzing effects of shame, disappointments, regrets and confusion. I am a firm believer in creating optimism by encouraging and gently challenging clients to reach for their goals; always looking at possibilities and opportunities.
My approach to therapy has developed and evolved over a lifetime, drawing from my own life experiences both positive and negative, my personal experience with therapy, and through years of ongoing education and training in a multitude of settings. In working with clients, I utilize a client centered, collaborative, faith-based and strengths based approach.
The greatest reward as a psychotherapist is helping clients discover ways to impart the kind of positive change that will offer the greatest hope and enthusiasm for life. It's one of my beliefs that we all need someone to listen without judgement.
What sets us apart
With a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I collaborate with clients to navigate challenges and foster positive change. Drawing on life experience and ongoing training, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, identify opportunities, and achieve goals. My aim is to instill hope and enthusiasm for life.
