About
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by your past? Do you find yourself struggling to move forward, despite wanting to heal? Many people come to therapy carrying the weight of past experiences, unsure of how to feel safe in their bodies or relationships. I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating sexual trauma, complex PTSD, LGBTQIA+ identity, ADHD, self-harm, and substance use. Therapy with me is not about changing who you are, but about reconnecting with your inner wisdom, honoring your resilience, and moving toward the growth you’re seeking.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices. I’m trained in EMDR and often incorporate art therapy as a creative tool for healing, expression, and self-discovery.
I aim to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can gently ease into vulnerability and explore your journey at a pace that feels safe for you. I believe we heal in connection and would be honored to hold space for you. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would love to walk alongside you.
