As a heart-centered, holistic psychotherapist, I provide supportive structure to the journey of navigating the inevitable challenges we face as human beings.
I adore working with women with a variety of presenting concerns. In particular, I specialize in working with adult women who are struggling with life transitions, concerns pertinent to emerging adulthood, as well as perinatal & postpartum difficulties.
I believe that therapy is like climbing a gorgeous mountain with all the proper gear. There is hard work ahead, but we are in this together. Along the way, there is so much beauty to behold, and the view from the top is more spectacular than you could ever imagine.
