The needs are individual and vary in each person. People suffer from different situations together we can achieve a lot. Reframing Negative Thoughts: - Identify negative thoughts that are causing distress. - Challenge these thoughts by questioning their accuracy and looking for evidence to support or contradict them. Replace negative thoughts with more realistic and positive ones. 2. Behavior Tracking:- Keep a journal to track thoughts, feelings, and actions.
