Regardless of your unique stressor, burden or anxiety, regardless of your worry and concern, regardless of your challenge or source of pain, there is hope and more than one way to address the variety of situations we encounter in life. I have had the honor to work successfully with people who live with anxiety and the various manifestations and disorders of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and traumatic experiences...both small and large, some of those experiences being obvious and some not so obvious.

My approach is ethical, strengths-based, and relational. To begin the journey of your healing, I will strive and seek to hear and understand you deeply without criticism or judgment.
