I feel honored to be engaged in this work and gratified when the individuals, couples and families whom I serve 'find their way'... healing, growing and discovering the possibilities in their lives.The benefits from psychotherapy may be symptomatic relief and solutions to presenting concerns. Another possible benefit may be a better understanding of your personal goals and values towards making life decisions. Specialty areas of practice include: 1) Grief Therapy / processing issues related to losses, 2) Couples & Marital Therapy / identifying patterns and enhancing connections, 3) EMDR(Eye Movement & Desensitization Reprocessing) / processing the emotional residual from traumatic events.
