About
No matter what challenges you are facing, I believe everyone has the capacity to make changes in their lives. At times these emotions may feel heavy, but I will do everything in my power to show you that healing is possible.
I got my BS Psychology at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and my MSW at University of Alabama. In my practice, I use a variety of modalities to serve my clients. I have working in a variety of social work and clinical settings including the CECO program at Shoreline Community College and the Suquamish Wellness Center.
These experiences, both professionally and personally, have molded my approach to therapy today. It has reinforced my fundamental caring about the well being of each person and how they navigate the challenges life presents. As your therapist, I am committed to your growth and will support you each step of the way.
