About
I believe in assessing clients on an individual basis, choosing treatment modalities that would be indicated for the particular problem/s of that person. I honor what the client wishes we set therapy goals accordingly. I work with adolescents and adults in individual, couple or family therapy bringing to treatment years of experience, a good solid knowledge base and a sensitivity towards my clients concerns. I have been trained to use hypnosis and E.M.D.R. in my practice. I have taught at the Tulane University School of Social Work as an adjunct professor from 1984 - 2014, 30 years.
I like to work with creative people I feel I have an appreciation for all arts and the creative process. I enjoy working with people from other countries, other cultures, other races and work hard to remain in touch and educated about dynamics particular to the group in question.
