Men and women today are faced with multiple stressors under certain conditions that can lead to: depression, anxiety, grief, loss and life transition. These conditions can interfere with your ability to enjoy life. They also can have effects on your family, friends and jobs. My goal as a therapist is to help you identify the problems and learn added strategies, insights and solutions to deal with them more effectively so that you can experience more satisfaction and joy in living.
I have worked in this field for over 33 years and provide a non-threatening environment for my clients. I believe it is important to create a collaborative approach to therapy to help clients identify their personal strengths and develop new skills to enhance well being and growth.
Prior work experience in psychriatirc inpatient/outpatient settings. In earlier years, worked as a medical assistant and chaplain which provided valuable experience in working with individuals on all levels
