At its core therapy is about having a place where your story is heard and you are seen as the whole person you are. I have a devotion toward helping women and very young children and have years of experience focused on trauma, abuse, infertility, anxiety, depression and family issues. I have worked with kids as young as two and am so amazed by their resiliency and ability to process through play. Women and men come in thinking they are alone with issues related to infertility, parenting, sexuality, and more because these are not things people talk about openly but life is messy and having a safe place process it helps. I am committed to delivering support that empowers individuals to work on issues that cause distress. I have worked in many different settings including day treatment facilities, schools, court, and in private practice, and I have a good toolbox filled with ways to improve mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.
Every person should have a warm, anonymous, judgement free place to go and work on issues that are important to them. Some days you might need to process a deep dark trauma but other days you might just need a quiet safe place to talk about accomplishments, self love, and ways to find happiness.
