About
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can take steps towards healing, growth, and wellness. My hope is to create a safe space to work through difficult times, overcome challenges, and gain the insight and tools needed to achieve your counseling goals. I am dually licensed in both mental health and substance use disorder counseling.
I currently work at a group practice and have prior experience counseling in community mental health, corrections, and addiction treatment settings. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, and mindfulness.
I work with adults and teens treating concerns such as trauma, PTSD, addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. At this time my practice is 100% virtual/telehealth.
