I create a space that is safe and comfortable to help you determine what is most important to you and how to align with that. We will work together to gain more perspective and ideas to create the shift in your day-to-day life you're looking for. I know it can be hard to accept needing help while also risking being misunderstood or shamed. The truth is, we all need some help at times. It's a brave move to reach out and open up to someone new.
