Perhaps the past is lingering in your life and inhibiting stronger connections and self-compassion. Perhaps anxiety or worry are preventing you from reaching your goals, feeling safe again, or partaking in your relationships in the way you would like to. Engaging in therapy with a therapist you feel comfortable with can help you gain the tools to navigate life's challenges and improve communication and connection.

Collaboratively, we work at your pace to explore the different challenges that may be limiting you. I believe that when problems become overwhelming, we often overlook our innate strengths and resilience.
