About
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so it is my top priority to start where you are, in your unique present moment. I strive to bring my authentic self into our sessions so that my office is a safe and inclusive space for all people, regardless of the identities they may or may not fit into. If we work together, you may hear me talk about attachment theory, your nervous system, mindfulness, and self-compassion. We will likely explore the past and its effect on the present through a trauma-informed lens. View 4 Photos
I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas here in Austin, and I earned full clinical license in 2023. In my clinical experience, I have worked with adults of all ages on a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, self-acceptance, and more.
Whatever is bringing you to therapy, I’m glad you’re here. You may be looking for something specific, or you may be feeling a general restlessness pointing you toward deeper exploration. Starting therapy can be daunting, so thank you for taking this step. You deserve an open, validating space to do the work that is important to you.
