You don't have to face it alone! It is my goal to work with you and help you sort through whatever you may be dealing with, be it trauma, low self esteem, anger, grief, whatever the issue...I want to help you live a more fulfilling life.
I see clients of all ages but my goal is always to work with the family. I offer Individual and family sessions, and occasionally groups. I am certified in FST (Family Systems Trauma), Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trained in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Interventions).
I provide a safe, no judgement space for you to tell your story. I will walk with you and support you through whatever challenges you are dealing with even those dark, scary, painful memories. I'm here to help, and I look forward to hearing from you.
