Using a blend of psychoeducation, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches, I will create a personalized treatment plan to support your goals and empower you to live a more fulfilling life at any age!
We will work together as a team to set realistic goals that align with your needs. As you grow, these goals may evolve, and setbacks may arise; but we will navigate them together. I will support and guide you as you make progress.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This hands-on approach provides practical tools to help you feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may integrate mindfulness practices and other evidence based approaches.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. Therapy is a journey, and we’ll build on our work together over time.
