Hello! I enjoy helping people challenge their problems, navigate new environments/social or emotional spaces, and create new understandings of themselves as they evolve. I enjoy working with people of all ages, couples, parents, veterans (I am an Army veteran), people facing life-stage change, and anyone looking to resolve issues from their development. Often, regardless of a client’s complaint, there’s a little kid on the inside who needs some resolution or reassurance for them to feel safe and enough so to move on in life. My specialty is attunement. I create the therapeutic environment each individual needs and deserves to promote transparency, cooperation, empathy and safety.I keep things professional yet informal. I’ll utilize my education and expertise, but I find directness, vulnerability and humor are equally effective in creating comfort and understanding.
