About
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
Seeking support is a powerful step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate the tough stuff alone. I’m a doctoral candidate in Mental Health Counseling with a focus on trauma-informed care, post-traumatic growth, and expressive arts interventions. I help people reclaim their peace, rediscover their voice, and create sustainable wellness—even when life around them is anything but easy.
I bring a wide-array of both lived experiences and professional expertise to our time together. But, I believe your inner wisdom is the ultimate guide and together we work to chart your unique path forward. View 4 Photos
I work especially well with women, women-identifying, & nonbinary individuals navigating the impact of trauma, burnout, identity shifts, depression, anxiety, or feeling stuck. I also support clients processing grief/loss, relational wounds, the long aftermath of surviving domestic violence & emotional abuse, & those with bipolar and personality disorders.
In our work together, you can expect deep compassion, practical tools, creative strategies (including optional expressive arts), and a space that honors your culture, identity, and lived experience. Whether you’re here for healing, growth, or simply breathing room—this is a place to land, reset, be seen, and move forward.
