About
I am here to offer a space where you can feel heard, seen, and supported while navigating life experiences. Grounded in a collaborative and humanistic approach to build on your strengths, honor your culture, identities, and work toward creating new paths that fit who you are and where you want to go. I respect and value different backgrounds, traditions, and experiences that shape who you are.
I take an integrated approach to therapy because I know every person is unique and deserves support that fits their individual needs. I also bring in the value of peer counseling, recognizing the importance of community support.
I have a special interest in working with adults and teens who are navigating addiction concerns and seeking support for substance use and co-occurring depression and anxiety. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with strength-based and person-centered approaches.
Whether you're new to therapy or returning, my goal is to create a nonjudgmental safe space where you feel supported to reconnect with yourself and make lasting change.
