Taking the first step toward transformation is often the hardest part, and you just did it! In life we often arrive at circumstances beyond our understanding. These experiences can be the result of attachment style, unresolved trauma, grief/loss or dissatisfaction with life’s journey. At times these experiences distort our perception, or causing sadness or anxiety. These events may diminish our ability to enjoy life the way we would like to. In practice I have supported adults/children cope with depression, anxiety and trauma.
I understand that the journey to transformation & healing can be difficult - I am here to support your evolution. I strive to challenge & empower you in discovering new aspects of yourself. I have found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to be effective approaches in facilitating the growth needed to regain emotional satisfaction.
