Therapy services can seem scary and overwhelming, just like living with depression, anxiety, or trauma, but it can be a great step towards overcoming and beginning your new personal growth. Therapy often results in many of my clients leading a more healthy and enjoyable life.
I believe mental health is just as important as your physical health as it has a major influence on your overall well-being. During our time together, my goals are to help guide you closer to self-actualization, while helping you feel more hopeful and complete, as well as providing a safe environment where you can feel accepted, affirmed, and comfortable.
My professional experience includes working in high school environments, college counseling centers, non-profit agencies, and private practice. I use my compassion, education, and additional training to help clients connect to their lives again. I look forward to working with you!
