About

I help my clients navigate difficult challenges with a sense of curiosity and self-compassion. As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. I offer practical tools that help you achieve your goals, tap into your inner resources, and build resilience to take on all of life’s challenges. For some, this may mean addressing current stressors. For others, exploring earlier relationships will lead to understanding how patterns have developed. I specialize in helping resolve grief and trauma that may include anxiety, depression, shame, symptoms of PTSD from a traumatic incident, or negative childhood experiences. These things can affect all areas of your life – self-worth, health, relationships, and finding a sense of meaning and fulfillment in life. Therapy is a holistic and collaborative process; we will walk together on your personal journey of healing, growth, and empowerment. I work with teens, adults, and couples. Accepting new clients.
