About
Starting therapy can feel like a big step and an overwhelming one. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to explore whatever’s weighing on you. Whether you're facing everyday stress or deeper emotional pain, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Trauma can ripple through all parts of a person’s life; not only affecting the individual, but also their relationships, family dynamics, and overall well-being. These experiences often show up as ongoing anxiety, depression, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.
My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods, including trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), and solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll identify goals that matter to you and use approaches that best support your healing and growth.
You are the expert of your life. If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, anger, or sadness, we can work together to understand the root of those feelings and develop tools to help you move forward with greater self-compassion and clarity.
What sets us apart
I offer a supportive and collaborative therapy environment to explore your concerns and promote healing. Utilizing trauma-informed care, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, I tailor treatment to address anxiety, depression, and disconnection. Together, we'll identify goals and develop strategies to foster self-compassion and clarity for improved well-being.
