Finding the right therapist is fundamental to the therapy process. I've been working with individuals and families for over 15 years and I love deeply connecting with clients and supporting them through their journey to wellness and clarity. I believe forming a strong bond with a client using compassion, empathy, and humor, will help them feel more comfortable to open up and explore their emotional barriers to living their most fulfilled life. I use a strengths based and holistic approach to wellness.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults through the lifespan. I often encourage family involvement, especially when working with teenagers, while honoring the sacred space of individual therapy. I specialize in helping people with anxiety, depression, poor self esteem, and life transitions.
