About
Psychotherapy is a process of shared exploration of your unique problems that offers meaningful insight and change. While utilizing nonjudgmental and intentional listening, I provide a space where together we recognize and translate your lived experience into words in order to promote personal reflection and growth. Therapeutic tasks include looking closely at emotional and relational spaces you navigate in daily life, examining how past experiences impact you in the present, and developing new perspectives and ways of being. These efforts can offer you a greater sense of agency and deeper satisfaction with who you are in the world.
I treat adults presenting with a range of issues. My particular areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and identity issues. I welcome and vaule individual differences and working with people of various identities and backgrounds.
Your sense of connection with your therapist is key to successful treatment. I welcome you to contact me with any questions and learn if we might work together towards your goals.
