Many of us face challenges that can be stressful or cause strong emotional reactions. Oftentimes, we put ourselves last but I am here to remind you why it's important to take care of you first. Like our physical health, there are aspects of our mental health we need to understand and manage the best way we can to protect our emotional well-being from future problems. Whether you're having difficulty dealing with life stressors, navigating changes in a relationship or managing a mental health diagnosis; I am here to help you identify strategies that will provide balance and overall well-being.
I use a combination of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and solution-focused therapy. I have experience in treating adolescents, teens, and adults in various settings ranging from community-based to in-patient psychiatric hospitals.
