Throughout my career, I have helped clients meet life goals, improve their communication skills, adapt to change or loss, decrease and eliminate unwanted thoughts and behaviors, confront trauma, set limits with others, and make other positive changes in their lives. While working with me, I will tailor your therapeutic experience to best fit your needs and help you reach your goals. I work primarily in a relational model, using the relationship as the basis for incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other treatment methodologies as indicated by the specific goals for treatment.
I am experienced working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum, relationship/social concerns, identity and sexuality, grief/loss, parenting concerns, school issues, self-esteem, behavioral issues, and coping skills. With a variety of therapeutic techniques, I aim to create a holistic therapeutic experience specific to your needs.
