When you need someone to listen while you navigate difficult times, therapy can be life changing. Making sure you feel comfortable and heard is my priority. I use a strengths-based approach, with emphasis on exploring personal trauma, grief, personal and family dynamics, assisting each person in building a foundation of knowledge to get to a better place. I've experienced life's turbulences and the impact on mental health. I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to feel better and enjoy life.
I work with individuals and families to reduce anxiety and stress, improve coping and acceptance of difficult emotions, improving communication skills, increasing self-awareness of behavioral patterns and expanding one's self-acceptance and resilience. I honor each person's right to determine what they want to work towards in therapy.
