Sometimes feelings of depression and anxiety, relationship issues, or substance abuse can get the better of you and make attaining goals difficult. I have 24 years of experience working with clients and seek to form an alliance with you which will help to lessen your symptoms and provide satisfaction in therapy. We will get there together.
I typically see adults and adolescents, though others may be considered. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the evidence-based modality that is the cornerstone of the work I do with other techniques used as needed.
