I am Rosalie Stluka, MSW, LISW. I was the Executive Director of a local family service/counseling agency for 11 years prior to opening my own counseling practice 30 years ago.
I work with both individuals and couples who are experiencing emotional pain and/or relational difficulties. My practice is called Personal Growth Counseling, reflecting my belief that emotional, social and behavioral problems interfere with one's ability to progress in personal growth and development.
Therapy involves a process of confronting these obstacles in one's life, identifying strategies for coping or changing, and achieving a greater sense of personal and relational fulfillment.
