About
You've already begun. I believe change is possible. Congratulations on taking the first step towards change.
Let's take the second step together. I love my work. I will listen with respect to your concerns and outline for you how I think I can be of help to you. I have been involved in helping people of all ages, gender, nationality and sexual orientation. Most people come to get help sorting out the "stuff" of their lives. You are unique, let's talk about you--strengthen your self-esteem.
I help adults of all ages. Let's solve conflict in your relationship whether you are married or in a partnership. Having difficulty at work; perhaps not getting along with co-workers or feeling panicked or bored with your work assignments? I use psychodynamic theory to understand potential underlying motivations.
Many parents feel guilty that they have mixed feelings about their young children. In my office, I sit with fathers/mothers and their infants/young children and by using a technique called "Wait, Watch and Wonder" (created by Ester Bick) I help you understand your child and feel better.
What sets us apart
I offer supportive therapy to adults navigating life's challenges, relationship issues, and work difficulties. My approach utilizes psychodynamic theory to explore underlying motivations and foster self-esteem. I also specialize in parent-infant/child psychotherapy using the "Wait, Watch, and Wonder" method to enhance understanding and connection.
